Pachyphragma macrophylla
Beautiful, long flowering ,clump forming ground cover. To 40cm high with rounded, scalloped green basal leaves up to 10cm across in rosettes and smaller stem leaves. Flat clusters of small white flowers winter to spring, followed by small green fruits which are shaped like upside-down hearts. Brightens up garden with the large bright white flowers.
Geum rivale 'Venomous Red'
Dwarf variety with pretty deeply coloured salmon pink flowers in spring. Sun and good drainage. Semi-dormant in winter.

(Himalayense). To 45 cms. Violet-blue, touched with reddish pink. White centres. Lovely veined flowers from early summer to early autumn. Clump forming, ground cover. Leaves colour well in autumn. Sun to light shade. Winter dormant.

Candelabra Primrose. Rare variety - seldom available. Burnt orange flower buds open to orange flowers held in tiers on short, 30 cm dark stems. Shorter tham most Candelabra varieties. Winter dormant.

(Giant Cowslip). To 60 cms in height. Candelabra primula and one of the last primulas to flower. Beautiful fragrant pale yellow flowers. Light shade and moist soil. Winter dormant.
