(Yellow-Eyed Grass). To 20 cms. Sword-shaped, grey green leaves. Star-shaped, dark-veined, bright yellow flowers in summer. Clump forming. Sun. Suit coastal areas. Tolerates a little shade. Becomes drought tolerant.
Height to 50 cms. Fragrant leaves and showy flowers that are a very good salmon colour. Flowers late spring onwards. Long flowering. Sun and good drainage. Attracts bees and butterflies. Beautiful variety.
To 70 cms. Purple red flowers in summer - very long flowering. Highly fragrant, attracts bees. Sun and good drainage.
Needs collected or trimmed from mid September. To 1.2 metres. Hooded purply-blue flowers on very erect stems late november to mid-summer. Unusually early for Aconitum. Great for back of border - best staked. Part shade, moist soi. Winter dormant.
